¿Do you want to coordinate a Kfé Innovación venue in your town? It’s very easy, all you have to do is:

1. Check in www.kfeinnovacion.com if there are already venues in your town or nearby. Look at the subject they will discuss and decide whether you want to become part of it or set your own venue.

2. If you have decided to set up your own venue, send an e-mail to info@kfeinnovacion.com, including:

- Twitter account for the people who will coordinate the venue (3 people maximum). Only personal accounts will be accepted.

- E-mail of the coordinator/s.

- Location of the venue, province/state and country.

- Subject that will be discussed in the debate (i.e., open government, ecological transportation, etc.). Try to make it as specified as possible.

3. Wait for the confirmation e-mail we’ll send to you. In said e-mail you will receive the login to manage your attendance tickets with the instructions and the twitter hashtag assigned to your venue.

At this time, from the Kfé organization we will:

- Create your venue in the venues map.

- Promote your venue in social networks.

- Create your venue for the registration of attendees.

- Create the people who will carry out the coordination in the “#kfe05 coordination” mailing list.

- Offer you a Skype account and an e-mail account where you can address any queries you might have.

We remind you that:

- The people coordinating the venue will have to get their own ticket.

- As soon as the location is confirmed (coffee shop, education center…) with wifi access you will have to communicate its data to the organization by e-mail.

- Kfé Innovación will not inform publicly the personal profiles associated to the twitter accounts.

- We will request help to the venue coordinators to create the #kfe05 e-book, where we will include everything that happened in each venue.

Tips to create the venue:

- The only request from Kfé Innovación is that you find and reserve a place with wifi access for the time and date of the event, where you can be comfortable with a maximum of 20 people.

- All places are good, but try to find one that favors conversation.

- We do not request streaming. If you cannot do it, never mind. If you do decide to broadcast in streaming, check first the internet connection speed of the place testing it, i.e., with the website http://speedtest.net/. You will need recording equipment and a good microphone to capture the conversation. Don’t hesitate to contact witht he organization if you want to set up a streaming and have any doubts.

- It is advisable to have a “support” person attending the event. It is quite difficult to lead a conversation and tweet at the same time. It is very important for you to focus on your venue, and to have someone else seding everything that goes on to Twitter. This same person can, at the same time, “transmit” what is happening in other venues.

- Encurage the people that participate in the venue to tell on Twitter what is happening. It is not compulsory for the attendees to be in Twitter, but if they are it is good that they transmit and even converse with other venues.

- Remember that all tweets must have the general hashtag “#kfe05″ and the specific hashtag that idetinfies your venue (we will send the hashtag in the confirmation e-mail).

- Plan your session: you have two hours with your attendants. We do not offer a stardad plan, as each venue and coordinator have their own style. However, we recommend to do at least a basic plan. In the mailing list we will offer several options, in case you want to choose one.

- We will offer you an introduction video that you will be able to download and use in your session. In this video we’ll try to convey the general idea of Kfé Innovación: your local debate is reaching a lot of people who are doing, at that same moment, the same thing you are.

- Remember that at #kfe05 we don’t choose the subject, you do. The goal must be clear: in two hours of debete there must be a clear, direct action proposal launched to the other venues. We recommend and would appreciate if the proposal can be put in a single, final tweet.

- One more thing… #kfe05 is not limited to the two-hour session, it has already started! See what proposals are made in other venues, ask, talk, interact… enjoy and participate in this collective experience to which anyone, anywhere can join.
